Spring Cleaning: We have comments, we need new blood in our blogroll
As you may or may not have noticed, we have comments now (FINALLY) at nogoodforme, which we are excited about! And, as you may or may not have noticed, our blogroll disappeared because we upgraded to the newer version of our publishing platform. We kind of needed to revamp that anyway, so we are asking you, our beautiful readers: What blogs or websites do you read that you think we would like? Naturellement, leave us a handy-dandy comment!

I’ve been enjoying the posts unpacking the hipster phenomenon at http://footpathzeitgeist.blogspot.com, although I think that maybe hipsters of color don’t quite fit in her analyses.
Also, I’ve been trying to post regularly at the fashion blog I do with my dearest pal and academic collaborator Minh-ha, at http://threadbared.blogspot.com. We’re both writing (scholarly things) and teaching about fashion and beauty right now.
I also like http://bitsandbobbins.com a lot! I would recommend more but it hurts to type since some jerk kid ran into my car with his. My prescription for Vicodin awaits…

Hm, tough question – I think I have collected together a really long list over a rather long period of time, it is tough to decide which to give you here, now. I guess the best advice would be to click thru some blogs and on a few of the links they provide, just to get acquainted more to a few yourself.
